Located 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend a holiday in a spacious and well located apartment, within walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and golf courses. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet apartment block with a lift and underground parking. A big swimming pool with a good outside area is located only a few steps away from the apartment. Enjoy the morning sun on the private terrace where you have tables and chairs provided.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. One bathroom consists of a shower and the other with a bathtub. The living room consists of 2 sofas, a fire place, to with English, Spanish and international channels and an extendable dining table. Both rooms and the living room has air conditioning and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is spacious with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a utility room which has a washing machine and iron.

Cleaning fee is 80€ plus 10€ per person (for towels and bed linen) to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys.
Cleaning is FREE for bookings over 7 days.
200€ security deposit must be paid through PayPal and is refunded within 7 days of departure.
